Original Sarawak pepper Borneo, Malaysia selected by the team "SUR LES QUAIS". It is a rare pepper, fresh and woody, it delicately flavors white meats, fish and desserts.
In cooking it goes very well with boiled eggs, fish such as red mullet or sea bream or foie gras.
Also available in black pepper.
