This original black pepper is one of the best peppers in the world.
This Lampong pepper is for those who love strong pepper. Cultivated in the extreme south of the island of Sumatra in Indonesia, it gives off pungent and marked notes, as well as woody and vegetal notes. It goes very well with risottos, pan-fried vegetables or grilled meats. It is also interesting with certain white fish.
