Our Malabar black pepper comes from the southwestern coast of Malabar in India. It goes perfectly with all red meats or vegetable preparations. A great classic of black pepper, a sure value for the kitchen!
The taste of this Malabar black pepper is characterized by woody and fruity notes as well as a persistent heat that brings a musky, smoky and very slightly acidic flavor.
