Thai Soup Tom Yam Chilipaste.
Discover the unique and subtly spicy flavor of Tom Yam soup mix. This sour and spicy soup, a classic of Thai cuisine, is distinguished by its combination of ingredients such as lemongrass, lime juice, red pepper, galangal and kaffir lime.
Meat, poultry or shrimp are often added to the soup. It can also contain mushrooms, shimeji, chanterelles, shiitakes, etc. Tofu and tomatoes.
Preparation suggestion:
1 - Boil 500ml of water. Add a stock cube.
2 - Add a stalk of lemongrass (sliced) and two shallots (minced).
3 - Add a bag of Tom Yam paste to the boiling water.
4 - Add around ten shrimps, tofu, 100g of mushrooms (in quarters) and a teaspoon of lime juice. Simmer until cooked and serve.
