Harvested from the 19 hives of Vert de Thines, a high-altitude village nestled in the Ardèche scrubland, this honey embodies the pure essence of this naturally preserved region in the Ardèche mountains. Bees have been foraging on this ridge for over 50 years without ever undergoing any treatment. It features blossoms of heather (Calluna) and Erica, as well as chestnut trees.
