This flavored salt is a blend of Kampot pepper, kaffir leaf (also called Combava), and salt. It goes perfectly well with poultry or white fish. The taste of kaffir brings a lemony flavour, while the pepper adds spice to the mix. This Cambodian blend will add a deep and original touch to many dishes.
