This blend is a combination of white pepper, black pepper and green pepper. A strong blend to use on grilled meat or fish.
Penja pepper, originally from Cameroon, is an extremely famous pepper, which remains relatively rare. Its culture has remained very traditional, everything is harvested by hand twice a year. In 2013 the Penja pepper got the very first African IGP (Protected Geographical Indication). It is the second pepper to obtain this title, just after the Cambodian Kampot pepper.
