-A wild garlic mustard (110g) for a tasty and original dressing: Let yourself be surprised by the aromatic power of this bear's garlic mustard. You will appreciate its fragrance with a delicious potato salad, with lamb or in a vinaigrette.

-A 50cl bottle of Agalma, a Greek olive oil for a touch of sunshine in all your salads: Agalma Sitia is a blend of artisanal oils produced in the region of Pediada in the center of the island and rigorously selected. This semi-mountainous area offers optimal conditions for the cultivation of the olive tree: maximum sunshine in summer, refreshing wind blowing from the Aegean Sea, water reserve from the mountains above for the irrigation of the olive trees. The result is a fruity green oil, smooth with the scent of artichoke and almond, very slightly bitter, light and easy to digest. It is consumed with your salads, in pastry and in frying.

-A 20cl bottle of walnut oil. Our oil is made from fruits harvested by the farmers of South Burgundy and Périgord. This walnut oil is made from nuts crushed with a stone grinder and then slowly pressed. It goes perfectly with salads and raw vegetables (endives, green beans, celery, carrots) and also very delicately with a good balsamic vinegar.

-A 50cl bottle of balsamic vinegar: This vinegar is produced near Modena. It has the IGP designation which guarantees a minimum content of concentrated grape must and wine vinegar, as well as a minimum of 2 months aging in oak barrels. What is important to underline is the proportion of concentrated grape must and wine vinegar which is 60/40. The vinegar is produced exclusively from the grapes of the property. No caramel, nor any coloring.

-A 10cl bottle of Penja pepper flavored vinegar to add an original twist to your vinaigrettes. This condiment is one of the most appreciated creations of SR LES QUAIS. It combines a premium vinegar with Penja pepper berries that are left to infuse.
