-Juniper berries (25g), essential to the preparation of a good sauerkraut. The juniper berry is harvested from the juniper tree. Present on almost every continent, this tree adapts to all climates, and grows even in the most chalky soils. An essential component of Gin, this berry has a tangy, resinous taste and is also widely used in cooking. It has multiple uses and brings depth and delicacy to the comforting dishes of autumn and winter: stewed dishes, stews, marinades and game terrines...
-Sarawak black pepper (50g), this large pepper, native to Indonesia is perfect to use whole in a sauerkraut. Rare and precious, it is a pepper from the north of Borneo (Malaysia).
-Gingerbread Mix (35g) made with cinnamon, coriander, anise, fennel, ginger, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, black pepper. This gingerbread mix can also be used with pies, compotes or even savory dishes, if you like cinnamon and aniseed flavors.
