-A 50cl bottle of Agalma, a Greek extra virgin olive oil Sitia for a touch of sunshine in all your dishes. This extra virgin olive oil comes from Crete, it is a blend of artisanal oils produced in the region of Pediada in the center of the island and rigorously selected. This semi-mountainous area offers optimal conditions for the cultivation of the olive tree: maximum sunshine in summer, refreshing wind blowing from the Aegean Sea, water reserve from the mountains above for the irrigation of the olive trees. The result is a fruity green oil, smooth with the scent of artichoke and almond, very slightly bitter, light and easy to digest. It is consumed with your salads, in pastry and in frying.
-Madagascar wild pepper (40g) With its fresh and fruity, woody and deep notes, this pepper enhances exceptional dishes (freshly ground on scallops or foie gras) and makes everyday dishes exceptional: red meats, steamed vegetables, lentils or poultry.
-An easy crush pepper mill for subtle seasoning
-Salish salt (90g), this wood smoked salt gives an incomparable color and smoked aroma. Salish salt is a sea salt (Pacific Ocean) that comes from the United States and more precisely from the north of Washington State. Historically, it was harvested by the Amerindian populations from the north of this state.
-AOC Espelette pepper (40g), this star of the Basque peppers with a light spiciness is ideal to spice up all kinds of dishes
