Agalma Sitia, an extra virgin olive oil from Crete, is a blend of carefully selected artisanal oils produced in the Pediada region in the center of the island. This semi-mountainous area offers optimal conditions for the cultivation of olive trees, in particular the cultivar Psisolia: maximum sunshine in summer, refreshing wind, mountain water reserve for olive tree irrigation. The result is a fruity, green, creamy oil with a smell of artichoke and almond. It can be eaten with your salads, in pastries and in frying. This oil is bottled in 50 cl bottles on request, a guarantee of true freshness.Varieties of olives used: Cobrançosa, Madural, Verdeal and Cordovil
