Emblematic Indian blend for tandoori chicken (in marinade with yogurt or cottage cheese). It is very versatile, it can also be used with fish or prawns. The Tandoori blend is slightly spicy with a strong aroma. Its name comes from the term "tandoor", a closed coal oven buried in the ground in which food is cooked in some parts of India and Afghanistan. There are many different recipes for the Tandoori blend, with each family having its own variation, but a few ingredients are essential: chili, garlic, ginger, coriander and cumin.
