This Satay is a salty, sweet, spicy mix named after the Indonesian dish. It is excellent in marinade or on chicken, pork or shrimp brochettes. In addition, it goes very well with dishes made with coconut milk to accompany vegetables or any simmered preparation.
Ingredients : 5 spices pepper (cinnamon, star anise, fennel, turmeric, coriander), peanut, garlic, shrimps, sugar, rapeseed oil, sesame, salt, glutamates.
