Ras El Hanout is an emblematic mix of the Magreb cuisine, especially in Morocco. There are many versions of this mix, the recipe varies according to the regions and families. It is widely used in the preparation of tagines and couscous but not only. This hot and sweet but not spicy mix is perfect with rice-based dishes, but also with vegetables, shellfish, white meat and fish.
Ingredients: Culinary Turmeric, coriander, cumin, black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, allspice, brown sugar, paprika, nutmeg, rose petals.
