Description

An essential element in the blend of herbes de Provence, rosemary can be used as an infusion to flavor a sauce, a stew, a tomato sauce, a soup, a ratatouille... Traditionally it is used with lamb and baked potatoes but rosemary perfumes all grilled meats, tomatoes, roasted chickens and Provencal cuisine in general.
