Description

The combava is a green citrus fruit from the island of Sumbaw near Bali. Its leaves are very used in Thai cuisine to infuse a broth, flavor a sauce or a marinade. Rich in essential oils, combava leaves have a taste similar to lemongrass, citrus and verbena.
