This mushroom is widely used in the French gastronomy, it is the most consumed mushroom in France. It grows from August to November and thrives particularly well in the woods and forests of central and southwestern France. Our powder is made in Lozère from Boletus Edulis mushrooms picked near young spruce plantations. Once harvested, the ceps are cleaned, cut into thin strips and then put in a wooden dryer. The whole transformation process is done manually.
The cep powder is easy to use. It is ideal for flavoring soups, meats and sauces, eggs or hash browns
