This garlic-flavored olive oil comes from a micro-farm located in Sicily that we know particularly well.
To make this oil, the olives are pressed in the strictest tradition, using the most natural methods possible: sustainable agriculture, exclusively mechanical processes, cold extraction and no filtration. In order to naturally flavor this oil, garlic is added whole and pressed with the olives at the time of extraction. This natural method extracts the essence of the garlic and gives the oil an unmistakable spiciness and strength.
This oil is a perfect seasoning for pasta, green beans, eggplant, ratatouille and any salad for those who love garlic.
