This basil olive oil comes from a micro-farm located in Sicily that we know particularly well.
In order to produce this oil, the olives are pressed in the strictest tradition, using the most natural methods possible: sustainable agriculture, exclusively mechanical processes, cold extraction and no filtration.
The maceration of fresh basil in olive oil gives an inimitable taste to this extra virgin olive oil from Sicily. It is excellent with tomatoes (and mozzarella), salads, vegetables and steamed fish.
