Box containing 10cl of vinegar flavored with Penja pepper and 10cl of balsamic condiment with Timut pepper and combava.
Penja pepper flavored vinegar (10cl): The white pepper of Penja brings fresh and herbaceous notes. It is very useful to spice up raw vegetables, cooked vegetables (asparagus, ...) or to deglaze the juices of a pan-fried meat.
Balsamic condiment with Timut pepper and Combava (10cl): Timut pepper and Combava give our vinegar fresh and acidulous citrus notes (pink grapefruit...). It is very useful to give tonicity and acidity to your summer salads or to perfume your marinades.
