To discover in this box of extra virgin olive oils: 10cl of olive oil from Sicily DISISA and 10cl of olive oil flavored with basil.
These extra-virgin olive oils are made from olives pressed in the strictest tradition, using the most natural methods possible: sustainable agriculture or organic, exclusively mechanical processes, cold extraction, no filtration.
-DISISA extra virgin olive oil is a fiery Sicilian oil, soft and full in the mouth. It is excellent to enhance a fresh soup or to season grilled or oven-roasted fish. It is also well suited to flavour salads and antipasti. A must try!
-Extra virgin olive oil with basil is made by macerating fresh basil in olive oil, which gives this Sicilian olive oil an inimitable taste. It is excellent with tomatoes (and mozzarella), salads, vegetables and steamed fish.
