Smoked paprika is commonly called Pimentòn in Spain. It is a beautiful sweet and red pepper, first dryed with oak wood fire then it is crushed. It cames in the composition of spanish Chorizo, and brings a smoked natural note to your dishes. The spice conveys hot, smooth and fruited flavours, with an excellent holding to cooking. It is perfect to finalize a paella. Add it macis, a touch of bay powder and infused saffron... You'll obtain a delicious mix, really colourfull for a successfull paella. You can also add flavour to your stew dishes and meats with sauce. For preparing delicious creamy sauce, you can easily add it to a full cream to prepare a salted home-made whipped cream, a delight with soups and appetizer verrines.

Each mini jar can easily stored in the kitchen and keep the precious content perfectly fresh, with no waste. The spices come with a specific index card detailing suggestions for use of the spice in everyday cooking.
