Penja white pepper brings fresh and herbaceous notes to this vinegar and gives way to animal and wild touches. This vinegar is very useful for raising raw vegetables, cooked vegetables (asparagus, ...) or deglazing the juices of a pan-fried meat.
With its experience in spices and condiments, SUR LES QUAIS continues its culinary journey and develops new associations of flavors, this time with a selection of infusions of vinegars.
Each infusion of vinegar is associated with a spice, pepper, citrus fruits and even smoked tea (!) to form a tasty recipe and unpublished. No aroma has been added, this vinegar is exclusively obtained by natural maceration.
