This pepper from Cambodia is a great classic of peppers! Kampot pepper was the first Cambodian agricultural product to obtain an IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) in 2010. This testifies to the greatness and quality of this exceptional pepper.

This Kampot pepper is picked at full maturity after a manual harvest, the fresh pepper berries are soaked in water for several days, then removed from their envelope (pericarp) and dried in the sun. This raw Kampot pepper can be used in many culinary dishes (vegetables, fish, white meats).
