Feudio Disisa in Particino (Sicily) produces, on about 50 hectares, a remarkable and typical Sicilian oil. Feudo Disisa offers those who wish to undertake an imaginary journey to Sicily and discover the unique characteristics of this land.
In the mouth, Azienda Disisa oil develops a very elegant combination of nuances: cut grass, green apple and citrus fruits, accompanied by floral notes. A fiery oil, soft and full in the mouth. Excellent for enhancing fresh soups or as a seasoning for grilled or oven-roasted fish, it is also well suited to flavoring salads and antipasti. To discover absolutely!
