Santa Teresa olive oil comes from the village of Osuna, whose origins date back to almost 1000 BC. The village, with the experience of the different civilizations that have lived there, has an expertise in the world of olives and olive trees. Today the olive oil of Osuna is produced by the company Santa Teresa, founded in 1959 by the grouping of 37 farms.
The Santa Teresa olive oil develops a zesty and vegetal attack in the mouth that evolves on a bouquet of nuts, dried fruits and liquorice. Clearly bitter, it has a smooth texture very pleasant in the mouth. This oil goes perfectly with fish fillets in foil, or simply on pasta with parmesan.
Mechanically picked olives, cold extraction, no filtration.

Le flacon ne ferme pas hermétiquement, c'est le carton d'emballage qui y a gouté avant son destinataire ! Je suis très déçue, c'est pour un cadeau/souvenir de vacances et le produit n'est plus aussi présentable. Je m'en suis mis plein les mains avant même d'avoir retiré le papier bulle. C'est bon pour la peau mais quand même !!!!!
