Colombo is a spice blend originating from the French West Indies. It tastes similar to Indian curry and massale, however it contains a lot more cumin than its Indian cousins, and has therefore a stronger taste. This traditional mix is perfect to add perfume to white meat or fish. It will also softly enhance the taste of your starters and desserts.
