Specialist pepper.

SUR LES QUAIS offers a selection of Grand Crus or artisan rare peppercorns for grinding to release the full flavour of the pepper berries. There are many different aromas and flavours from one pepper to another, depending on where they grow, how mature the berries are when harvested and what processes they then undergo. The geographical origin is essential as it gives the pepper its typicality, the same is true for tea, coffee or cocoa.
