Agalma Sitia, an extra virgin olive oil from Crete, is a blend of carefully selected artisanal oils produced in the Pediada region in the center of the island. This semi-mountainous area offers optimal conditions for the cultivation of olive trees, in particular the cultivar Psisolia: maximum sunshine in summer, refreshing wind, mountain water reserve for olive tree irrigation. The result is a fruity, green, creamy oil with a smell of artichoke and almond. It can be eaten with your salads, in pastries and in frying. This oil is bottled in 50 cl bottles on request, a guarantee of true freshness.Varieties of olives used: Cobrançosa, Madural, Verdeal and Cordovil

Nous consommons de l'Agalma depuis pas loin de 20 ans, cette huile très fruitée est une merveille, notamment sur les poissons, les fromages de chèvre...ou sur un simple morceau de pain !!!

Cette huile est extraordinaire. Nous en consommons depuis presque 20 ans et en sommes fans. Le summum est sur du poisson ou avec du fromage de chèvre. A découvrir.
