This pepper from Muntok is grown in the forests of Indonesia, it is harvested in an island located in the east of Sumatra, in Bangka, in the Java Sea. Each grain is harvested by hand. This white pepper from Muntok expresses notes of burnt herbs with strong menthol and camphor notes. In the mouth it is a medium hot pepper. In cooking it is a sweet and fragrant pepper that delicately accompanies poultry, foie gras or veal.
